Prayer Material

God’s glory is His image, and He is calling us to be His image in the nation. The only hindrance to us being His image is when we embrace the image of this world. Let’s choose to be a worthy vessel to be used by God in the USA (2 Timothy 2:21) by embracing His image and not the junk of the world.

“So come out from among unbelievers and be separate,” says the Lord, “And do not touch what is unclean; and I will graciously receive you and welcome you [with favor].” 2 Corinthians 6:17 (AMP)

Pray The Word

Join us as we pray the Word of God and allow Him to flood our hearts with His perfect light and truth, to expose the junk within us:

  1. Father God, as a nation, we choose to cleanse ourselves from dishonorable, disobedient, and sinful things. We pray that we will be vessels for honor—sanctified and set apart for a special purpose, useful to the Master, and prepared for every good work. (2 Timothy 2:21)

  2. Lord, we cast down arguments and every high thing in our nation—everything that exalts itself against the knowledge of God. We bring every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ. (2 Corinthians 10:5)

  3. Lord, help us to walk in the light as You are in the light, for us to have unbroken fellowship with one another. Thank You that Your blood cleanses us from all sin. (1 John 1:7)

  4. Jesus, You are the world’s Light. No one who follows You will walk in the darkness. You give us the Light of life. (John 8:12)

  5. It is written that Your house shall be called a house of prayer for all the nations. Lord, we repent where we have turned it into a den of robbers. (Mark 11:17)

  6. We embrace the shaking in the nations, Father. May it bring the desirable and precious things of all nations, and may You fill Your house with glory and splendor. (Haggai 2:7)

  7. We are frail, human vessels that carry the precious treasure of the divine Light of the Gospel within. Therefore, Lord, may the grandeur and exceeding greatness of the power be shown in our nation to be from You and not from ourselves. (2 Corinthians 4:7)

  8. Lord, help us be a glorious Church without spot, or wrinkle, or any such thing. May we be found holy and without blemish. (Ephesians 5:27)

  9. Since we have these great and wonderful promises for our nation, we cleanse ourselves from everything that contaminates body and spirit to make our holiness complete because we fear You, Lord. (2 Corinthians 7:1)

  10. May the USA be a humble and gentle nation, Lord. Equip us to be patient and bear with one another in love as we make every effort to keep the unity of Your Holy Spirit in the bond of peace. (Ephesians 4:2-3)

  11. We pray that as a nation, we will love the Lord our God with all our heart, all our soul, all our mind, and with all our strength and that we will love our fellow citizens as ourselves. (Mark 12:30-31)

  12. Lord, help us to be a nation that takes no part in, nor has fellowship with the fruitless deeds and enterprises of darkness, but instead, let our lives expose and reprove and convict those in darkness. (Ephesians 5:11)

  13. We pray for the USA to become a nation that does not call evil good and good evil, who does not substitute darkness for light and light for darkness, or substitute bitter for sweet and sweet for bitter! (Isaiah 5:20)

  14. Lord, help us to have the same attitude and humble mindset in Christ Jesus, towards one another, as Your people. (Philippians 2:5)

  15. Lord, may our nation shine as lights in the world, holding fast to the Word of Life, and may we rejoice that we did not run or labor in vain in the day of Christ. (Philippians 2:14-16).

  16. Father, we present our bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and acceptable to You. We choose not to be conformed to this world, but to be transformed by the renewal of our minds, to discern what the will of God is for our nation, that which is good and acceptable and perfect. (Romans 12:1-2)

  17. You, O Lord, are a shield for our nation, our glory, and our honor. You alone are the One who lifts up our heads. (Psalm 3:3)

  18. Lord, may we be holy like You, the Holy One who called us—set apart from the world by our godly character and moral courage. For it is written that we shall be holy and set apart, for You, Lord, are holy. (1 Peter 1:15-16)

  19. Father, You saved us and called us with a holy calling, not according to our works, but according to Your own purpose and grace which You gave us in Christ Jesus before time began. (2 Timothy 1:9)

  20. Search us, O God, and know our hearts. Try us and know our thoughts. See if there be any offensive way in us and lead us in the way everlasting. (Psalm 139:23-24)

  21.  We know that we are Your temple, Father and that Your Holy Spirit dwells in us. Therefore we choose to be perfect as You are perfect by growing into spiritual maturity. (1 Corinthians 3:16, Matthew 5:48)

  22. May we all, with unveiled faces, behold in the Word of God as in a mirror, the glory of the Lord and be progressively transformed into Your image, from one degree of glory to another, for this comes from Your Holy Spirit.
    (2 Corinthians 3:18)

Week 1

Week 1

1. Time For Change

We are in an age, as it was in the days of King Josiah, where good is called evil, and evil is called good. It may be a desperate time, but it is also a time where revival and God’s glory must be poured out. Josiah had a revelation that something was wrong and that things needed to change. The reason things are going wrong in our nation is because we have not changed the pattern. God gave us the following blueprint for revival to manifest in the earth: remove the sin and restore the house of God to a house of prayer.

A people standing in their authority to release the glory of God will deter and destroy the plans of the enemy in our nation. Through collective, consistent prayer and fasting, the Lord will unlock and reveal His glory.

"…And he broke in pieces the Asherim and the carved and the metal images, and he made dust of them and scattered it over the graves of those who had sacrificed to them. He also burned the bones of the priests on their altars and cleansed Judah and Jerusalem." 2 Chronicles 34:4-5 (ESV)

2. Get It Out Of The Way

  • In our lives and nation, the Holy Spirit’s move is hindered by the garbage in our souls and the generational ideologies that have been handed down and accepted by us.

  • We have to deal with the junk—thought patterns, habits, and sinful ways—that goes against the knowledge of God. We have to take it captive and cast it down (2 Corinthians 10:5), showing no mercy to Satan, the enemy, in our lives and nation.

PRAY: Lord, we confess and repent for every ideology we have exalted above the knowledge of You, which has hindered Your Holy Spirit from moving in and through us. Amen.

3. What Blocks The Blessing?

For revival to come to the USA, we must be able to handle the weight and heaviness of God’s glory. Chabod means weight and glory. God’s presence is a weight. When the true Holy Spirit revival happens in our nation, it will be glorious, but it will also be a time when it will be too dangerous to enter God’s presence with sin.

Only the holy and pure in heart will see God; He is a holy God (Matthew 5:8; 1 Peter 1:16). Before we can enter into His glory, we have to dig up the junk in our lives and allow Him to burn it. Revival is about dealing with sin.

"For our momentary, light distress [this passing trouble] is producing for us an eternal weight of glory [a fullness] beyond all measure [surpassing all comparisons, a transcendent splendor and an endless blessedness]."
2 Corinthians 4:17 (AMP)

Week 2

Week 2

1. A Purge For Revival

Josiah recognized that there was a defiling spirit in the nation. He knew it was connected to the previous generations who defiled the nation through the sins they committed. Our nation is polluted through our and past generations’ transgressions, disobedience, and wrong attitudes. The USA is a recipient of what has been handed down generationally.

Scientific research has discovered that human DNA carries memories from past generations and encodes that into the DNA of future generations. The Lord wants us to deal with idolatry, rebellion, stubbornness, pride, fear, jealousy, inferiority, insecurity. We have to dig it up and deal with it because it blocks His blessing, His Spirit, and His revival.

"But if we walk in the light as He is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus Christ His Son cleanses us from all sin." 1 John 1:7 (ESV)

2. Trash It

  • Do you want the USA to experience real change? Ask the Holy Spirit to convict you and to search and discern things in your heart. (1 Corinthians 2:10)

  • Can unconfessed sin block the Holy Spirit from breaking through in your life and the nation?

PRAY: Heavenly Father, flood me with Your light so that all hidden sin may be exposed. Be the strength made perfect in my weakness as I confront and dig it up. Amen.

3. What Blocks The Blessing?

When we seek God’s face, He always exposes things in our hearts. Jesus is the Light. He will unveil what we never even knew was there. In His presence, He speaks to His children and deals with the areas hindering His blessing.

If we are still intertwined with the spirit of this world, we cannot receive from the Holy Spirit. Without Him, we cannot discern what is from the enemy. We have to allow the Holy Spirit to remove the ungodly habits so that He can move in our lives and nation. God takes us through this tough but necessary process to transform us into His image.

Jesus once again addressed them: "I am the world’s Light. No one who follows me stumbles around in the darkness. I provide plenty of light to live in." John 8:12 (MSG)

Week 3

Week 3

1. Lost And Found

Josiah knew they had lost the glory of God, the house of prayer, and the place of worship because they didn’t purge the land. Josiah restored the glory of God in the house of God through prayer and the removal of sin (2 Kings 22-23). When there is prayer, and we are delivered from sin, we will begin to see God restore the altars of worship in the USA (John 4:23).

The necessary ingredient to deal with the injustice, hopelessness, crime, and social issues of our nation, is for us to bring back repentance and prayer in the house of God. The prodigal son had to walk back to his father. There is a journey we have to take. As we draw near to God, He will lead us and instruct us.

"And He taught and said to them, Is it not written, My house shall be called a house of prayer for all the nations? But you have turned it into a den of robbers." Mark 11:17 (AMPC)

2. Refuse The Refuse

  • Are you ready to remove the impurities in your life? Do you see how it will leave a foundation on which God can restore our nation?

  • Many believers do not like the sound of the word repentance. Yet, it is a very powerful act of submission and surrender that leads to God’s glory. Do you want to see repentance restored in the USA?

PRAY: Lord Jesus, I choose to embrace the turbulence in my life and our nation because I know that You are in control. Amen.

3. What Blocks The Blessing?

Repentance is not always a pleasant process, but it has glorious results. God first cleanses and purges before He starts restoring. We are going to see our nation restored, but everything that can be shaken must be shaken (Hebrews 12:27). God will perform His restoration when we allow Him to remove the garbage.

Prayer is a doorway that opens up the heavenly highway. As we pray, it will become clear what changes we need to make to purge the sin out of our lives. God purges for revival.

"And I will shake all nations, and the desire of all nations shall come: and I will fill this house with glory, saith the Lord of hosts." Haggai 2:7 (KJV)

Week 4

Week 4

1. Clean Slate

The Bible says that every man does what is right in their own eyes (Proverbs 21:2). Many people believe God accepts us just as we are. Yes, He does accept us, but He is not going to leave us as we are. When we get into His presence, He demands change and repentance.

God’s presence does not dwell with evil. We cannot refuse to deal with our sinful habits and still carry His glory. God is not going to release revival on a people who are depressed and vexed. Revival starts from a clean slate—through a covenant with God.

"We are like common clay jars that carry this glorious treasure within, so that the extraordinary overflow of power will be seen as God’s, not ours." 2 Corinthians 4:7 (TPT)

2. Set The Standard

  • Only God can set the standard for what is pure, thereby revealing sin to us. Do you allow Him to set the standards in your life? (Philippians 4:8)

  • We are “…cleansed by the washing of water through the Word…” (Ephesians 5:26). Do you make God’s Word a priority in your life?

PRAY: Lord, stir up a hunger and thirst for Your Word within us, that we may be washed and cleansed by the water—Your Word. Amen.

3. What Blocks The Blessing?

God calls us into a place of separation to remove what is unclean. God takes us into a time of fasting, praying, and seeking Him—to take the precious from the vile (Jeremiah 15:19). God wants to deliver us from ourselves and generational things for revival—for a move of the Holy Spirit.

God’s glory is His image, and He is calling us to be His image in the nation. The only hindrance to us being His image is when we embrace the image of this world. Let’s choose to be a worthy vessel to be used by God in the USA (2 Timothy 2:21) by embracing His image and not the junk of the world.

“So come out from among unbelievers and be separate," says the Lord, "And do not touch what is unclean; and I will graciously receive you and welcome you [with favor].” 2 Corinthians 6:17 (AMP)
