Prayer Material

Prayer changes the world. Faithful prayer is the greatest source the world will ever know. God wants to turn nations around. He is looking for consistent praying people who are eager to see a move of His Spirit. Governments want answers. The futurists are predicting. The world needs a Church that is praying in unity, for it is only through prayer that we see God’s power.

“But the wisdom that is from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, and easy to be intreated, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality, and without hypocrisy.” James 3:17 (KJV)

Pray The Word

Jesus is the Prince of Peace. We need His peace to reign in the USA. Here are a few Bible verses that will help us pray:

  1. Lord, thank You that You will give strength to Your people and bless them with peace. (Psalm 29:11)

  2. Lord, we will not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present our requests to You. And then Your peace, which transcends all understanding, will guard our hearts and minds in Christ Jesus. (Philippians 4:6-7)

  3. Lord, thank You that You keep us in perfect peace when our thoughts are fixed on You. (Isaiah 26:3)

  4. Lord, You are not the author of confusion but of peace. May Your peace reign in the USA. (1 Corinthians 14:33)

  5. Lord, thank You that a future awaits the upright who seek peace. (Psalm 37:37)

  6. Thank You, Lord, that they who love Your law will have great peace. (Psalm 119:165)

  7. Lord, thank You that You give us peace. Our hearts will not be troubled or afraid. (John 14:27)

  8. We repent and ask forgiveness where we haven’t walked in peace with those around us. (Mark 9:50)

  9. Lord, we repent and ask forgiveness for where we have been in strife instead of peace. We choose to walk in peace. (James 3:16)

  10. Lord, may Your peace rule in our hearts and in the USA. (Colossians 3:15)

  11. Lord, help us to be peacemakers in our nation who reap a harvest of righteousness. (James 3:18)

  12. Lord Jesus, help us as a nation to live at peace with one another. (Romans 12:18)

  13. Lord, we choose to turn away from evil; we seek Your peace and pursue it. (Psalm 34:14)

  14. Lord, we seek after Your Kingdom, which is righteousness, peace, and joy in the Holy Ghost. (Romans 14:17)

  15. Father, help us to preach the Gospel of Peace in the USA. (Romans 10:15)

  16. We pray, Lord, that You will fill us with joy and peace as we trust in You for the USA. May we overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit. (Romans 15:13)

  17. Father, please help us to be peacemakers in the USA. (Matthew 5:9)

  18. Lord, we strive to walk in peace with everyone. (Hebrews 12:14)

  19. Father, we ask that You help everyone in the USA to live together in peace. (Romans 12:18)

Week 1

Week 1

1. Harmony with the Father

“Blessed are the peacemakers for they shall be called the children of God (Matthew 5:9).” The children of God have a tremendous privilege in God’s kingdom. They represent God’s warriors and God’s manifested ones in the earth.

We can rephrase the above verse by saying, “Blessed are the peacemakers, for they are the manifested ones of the King in the earth.” Not only are they ambassadors, but manifested sons, the glorious image of the Father represented in the earth.

The Gospel is a Gospel of Peace that reconciles man to God and reconciles man to his brother and sister. God is the Father of Peace, and Jesus is the Prince of Peace. If you are walking in the peace of God, you are called His child.

2. Stop the Strife

  • When Jesus came, He restored us to Himself and removed strife between us and God. God could only manifest as God of Peace AFTER Jesus made peace by the Blood on the Cross.

  • The message of reconciliation is a message of peace. If the image of Christ is in us, we have peace and are established as His ambassadors. Are you a person of peace?

PRAY: Lord, help us to be ambassadors of peace representing Your Kingdom in the USA. Amen.

3. Press “Pray”

Pray continually. Be persistent in prayer. When you are going through something, stay faithful in prayer. When you are in a desperate situation, constantly pray about it. Some people want to sleep through their problems. Jesus was praying so hard at Gethsemane that He sweated blood. It was not a time to sleep. There is a time to rest, but when you are in a battle, you are in a battle.

He went a little farther and fell on His face, and prayed, saying, “O My Father, if it is possible, let this cup pass from Me; nevertheless, not as I will, but as You will.” Then He came to the disciples and found them sleeping, and said to Peter, “What! Could you not watch with Me one hour?” Matthew 26:39-40 (NKJV)

Week 2

1. In Sync

God wants the saints of God to walk in peace and unity with one another. Cancer is disharmony in the body. It is an offense, and it creates cells to protect itself—these cells harm the body. Then the cells multiply and destroy the whole because it is not at peace with the body.

You are God’s living organism, His Kingdom in the earth. It is supernatural and brings peace. The Kingdom of God is not outward; it’s inward. It’s not cultural; it’s spiritual and rules through God’s peace.

“Strive for peace with everyone, and for the holiness without which no one will see the Lord.” Hebrews 12:14 (ESV)

2. We’re not Looking Back

  • With God’s peace inside us, we have a greater purpose—the Kingdom of God. We may be from different groups, but the Prince of Peace helps us to live in peace supernaturally.

  • Are you at peace with others, or do people offend you with their different communicating styles or backgrounds? Wherever you are, you can have a peaceful impact.

PRAY: Lord, thank you that you are the Prince of Peace. Help us represent You wherever we go. Lord, establish Your peace in the USA. Amen.

3. Press “Pray”

God is calling us back to His presence. It is easy to deviate and lose that momentum in the Spirit. It’s not always as easy to get it back again because praying is like exercising; it takes discipline. Re-ignite the desire to pray and say, “Lord, I am going to be unselfish.” Set aside one hour or thirty minutes a day for prayer. If you don’t know how to pray, then pray the Lord’s Prayer:

"Our Father who art in heaven, hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread, and forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us, and lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, for ever. Amen." Matthew 6:9-13 (KJV)

Week 3

Week 3

1. Let’s Move Forward

We stand together and strive for peace in the USA. The many difficulties in this country are opportunities for the saints of God to step in and help. God will bless us with solutions and answers, and we will take dominion in the name of Jesus. We want to see the Church filled with every color, culture, and creed. In the natural, it is impossible because we are from different backgrounds, but it is supernaturally possible in the Spirit. In the Kingdom of God, we are at peace and in unity with one another despite our different backgrounds.

“Blessed (enjoying enviable happiness, spiritually prosperous—with life-joy and satisfaction in God’s favor and salvation, regardless of their outward conditions) are the makers and maintainers of peace, for they shall be called the sons of God!” Matthew 5:9 (AMP)

2. Keep no “Record” of Wrong

  • We are the Kingdom of God and represent the Prince of Peace. As individuals, we don’t always communicate the same. We may differ and misunderstand each other, but ultimately, we come to God’s peace.

  • We are all the same under the Blood of Jesus. One isn’t better than the other. Ask the Lord to show you where you focused on misunderstandings and agitation instead of promoting peace.

PRAY: Lord, we repent where we have allowed misunderstandings to aggravate us instead of representing the Prince of Peace. Amen.

3. Press “Pray”

The early Church prayed unselfishly and released angelic hosts supernaturally. Daniel prayed for three weeks and brought breakthroughs into this natural realm that we are still benefiting from today. Our assignment here is to be a church of prayer that releases the Kingdom of righteousness, peace, and joy in the Holy Ghost. Yes, it is our portion. Yes, it is done. Yes, it is finished. But in the Spirit, we pray it through with the Holy Spirit, and it manifests in power through the Holy Spirit in prayer. Be willing to tarry.

“For the kingdom of God is not a matter of eating and drinking but of righteousness and peace and joy in the Holy Spirit.” Romans 14:17 (ESV)

Week 4

Week 4

1. Beat Box

Jesus died for you to have a supernatural, abundant, blessed life. He became poor that you might become rich (favor, life in abundance, relationships, health). My God shall supply all your needs—nothing missing, nothing lacking (Philippians 4:19).

We encourage peace when we align our hearts with God’s Word “...For out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaks” Matthew 12:34 (NKJV). Your tongue determines the world you live in. So, keep your tongue from evil, remove bitterness, and pursue the peace of God. Run after His peace. Chase it.

“Keep your tongue from evil, and your lips from speaking deceit. Depart from evil and do good; seek peace and pursue it.” Psalm 34:13-14 (NKJV)

2. Lip Sync

  • Jesus spoke to the storm because He had calmed the storm within. He didn’t speak out of the storm. Inner peace controls the tongue and releases blessings.

  • Ask the Lord to show you where you’ve spoken negatively about yourself, your circumstances, your family, your work, the government and our nation.

PRAY: Lord, help us to control our tongue and speak peace over the USA and tough situations. Amen.
